The Pastor: Pastor Michael Bloodgood has been a part of the Calvary Chapel movement since the late '70's. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, he relocated to Seattle in 1977. Pastor Mike has been married to his wife, Marilyn, for over 30 years and together they have three sons. Michael's education includes Glendale Community College, California State University, Northridge and holds a degree in Bible Literature and Sacred Music from Northwest University. Before starting CCR, Michael served as an elder and associate pastor at Calvary Chapel Eastside for 10 years.
Pastor Mike is also the founder of the Christian hard rock band, Bloodgood. Michael still ministers, writes, and performs with the band internationally. (www.bloodgoodband.com). In addition, Pastor Mike recently released his own worship CD, The Cross Changes Everything, on B. Goode Records.
